I Can't Refuse a Challenge

First, my friend Graham dared me to draw over my eyebrows with black Sharpie.



















Next, he dared me to draw on a unibrow. The result is hilariously horrifying. Of course, the facial expression does not help:



















Then, I drew on some facial hair for good measure.

Exchange Student

Last week, my family was host to an exchange student from Aomori, Japan. It was an amazing experience to introduce someone to our culture. I recommend it.

What was her favorite part about Maine, USA? Lobster!

Yuka left for Japan this morning. She plans to study international business, so maybe I'll see her again some day. In the meantime, I'm going to miss her.

Line Contour: Leaves

I was sitting outside one day, drawing these leaves. Someone I really adored walked by, and being timid, I jumped up from my seat to go somewhere else. Of course, I did so with such disgrace that I actually lost the pen I was using.
